1. Booking and Payment

By making a booking through AG Suites, you agree to these terms and conditions. Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in Euros (EUR).

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards. Please let us know your estimated arrival time.
Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon).

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to the day before your scheduled check-in. Cancellations made on the check-in day or no-shows are non-refundable.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Treat the property with respect and care
  • Report any damages immediately
  • Comply with house rules
  • No smoking inside properties
  • No pets unless specifically permitted
  • No parties or events without prior approval

5. Liability

AG Suites is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required. This will be returned after check-out, subject to inspection of the property.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Greece.
